• Bedrooms: 2 or more
• Floor size: 60 m² or larger
• Location: 2nd, 6th, or 7th arrondissement in Paris
• Exterior style: Haussmannian or pre-Haussmannian
• Floor: 2nd floor or above
• Key feature: Elevator
• Price per ⅛ share: Up to EUR 235,000 (including renovation, decorating and all fees and taxes)
• Standard requirements: Good orientation, no unattractive views, minimal traffic noise
